This time a couple of us decided to go to Betws-Y-Coed for mountain hiking, and we chose this very day because we know for a fact that it will be covered in snow...it snowed for a couple of days before, and North Wales, is usually the first place to get heavy snowing in the Northwest of England...so what the hell...why not..?! But the thing was, i didnt have a proper gear...i didnt have any hiking boots, so it was really slippery...slipped and fell on my bum a couple of times...and hell ya, it hurts even if you fall on snow...coz you never know whats underneath it...can be rocks, can be tree branches...or anything for that matter. It was quite dangerous, learnt my lesson, so i am getting myself a pair of hiking boots soon...!
